My fiancé ordered 2 dozen flowers last Wednesday and not only did they forget 4 balloons and had to come back but the flowers were dead by Friday. I’ve received flowers from Kroger that lasted longer than 2 days! Not impressed and will continue to spend our money at Affordable Flowers instead.
After giving the flower shop the wrong address the day before a holiday - they reached out and got the new address and made a new arrangement and delivered the flowers after the holiday weekend with no extra charge. The flowers were amazing but the customer service was even better!
Excellent employees and excellent service. They have been in business forever now. If you need beautiful flowers fresh and of all kinds, I would highly recommend Jacobson's.
