I recently visited the Waterford store to order an arrangement to be delivered out of state. The young man who assisted me was very efficient and helpful! His name is Prince, and he lived up to that name by treating me with courtesy and respect all the while being energetic and enthusiastic. Corporate should keep this young man on a fast track upward! My hope and expectation is that the order is handled as well and efficiently once it is fulfilled in Ga.
Very happy with this location I came in 9 am on Valentine's day without a order had a arrangement fresh made in my hand in 10 minutes. Very impressed great management great team would recommend to anyone.
Prince did a great job with our carmel apples. He really went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction. He even gave me two chocolate covered strawberries. I’ll definitely be back!
I walked into Edible Arrangements without pre-ordering the bouquet I wanted. I’m not sure if it was the owner, but the guy with the blonde hair not only treated me as if I was his main priority, but also finished my bouquet in less than 10 mins. I never leave reviews, but I was was too impressed and too satisfied to not recommend people to visit this location!
I have had 2 occasions in the past few months to have fruit items delivered, one to a business and one residential. Both were great experiences. I hate paying shipping and handling so I go to the sales and there is a great variety. Both friends raved how good it was.
