Junk. I spent a small fortune on flowers for a wedding. The roses lacked freshness, luster and looked half dead. The white rose boutonniere actually had brown petals. What?!?! I called to complain and ask for a refund on that item. Of course, no refund yet. Very shady . . .nnWhen I went to pick up the flowers that morning the doors were locked and this was well after 9:30 a.m. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to their emails.nnI want to give my dollars locally, but what a terrible mistake to trust my wedding flowers and hard earned cash to this amateur operation. Don't waste your time or your money here.nnShame on you, Fortino's Flowers!

Absolutely the best!! I called them last minute, as in two hour notice for flowers needed for my daughters wedding which was at 5:30 that day. Not only did they complete my request, but the flowers were gorgeous! Highly recommend this florist!!

I should start by saying that my first encounter with this business was in December 2020 and it was an impeccable experience and I left extremely satisfied. As a result, I was elated to order from them again. Unfortunately, I could not have had a more different experience this time around. I ordered an arrangement on Wednesday, February 10th and requested that my order be ready for pick up on Saturday, February 13th at 10:00am. I arrived at 10:00am today (02/13) to pick up my order and was told that it was not ready yet and would likely be ready at 11:30am. I would have appreciated a courtesy call letting me know that they were running behind because I drove out there in the snow expecting my order to be ready at 10:00am. I then drove home because I was told they probably wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half, but I received a call approximately 25 minutes later saying my order is ready. I drove back out to pick up my order and I personally feel like the arrangement was thrown together in a hurry and was not at the level of quality I would expect for the price I paid. I am very disappointed with this experience and do not plan to order from them again.
