This was the best time i have ever had. Easiest purchase, friendliest people! I am so excited about getting my Segway, Holly, Jim and Gordon are the best! Can’t wait to take a tour with them!

So I’ve been fascinated by the scooters in downtown Detroit for quite a while now I’m signed up to be a mechanic The bird scooter company and things of an absolute blast I think I get more thrill out of finding the scooter than I do actually repairing it but looking into the pricing and everything on this business was modeled was not for me I could not see enjoying myself riding a scooter if I’m going to be paying $.15 to get on the scooter plus so much money per minute so I had to go to something else I contacted her Great Lakes Segway office and purchase the Segway nine by Mac scooter cost was about $1000 but well worth it since I’m not spending anymore money as a paper and a paper ride situation I’m got the scooter works great

Jody at GLS is awesome & helped me out with my Segway. Would love to get one of their electric bikes but price's are just a little more than I can afford. Gotta save up & visit them again in the future.

Horrible place to go for repairs. They will try and sell you a $240 battery first, then tell you its a different problem. Don't trust a word this place will tell you.
