I guess I ordered to many boxes so a mysterious dog just so happened to appear that day to exempt the delivery, waited two days still nothing. Im going up to the office. Nobody picks up the phone, I had to drive to the postal office and noticed nobody on the phone.

Dora is the GOAT, she was so nice and helpful! She even noticed I had the wrong address written and corrected it. Thank you for being the best during this crazy time! (If you ever see this)

The staff at this at post office have always been helpful and polite the three years I’ve lived in this area. Dora in particular is amazing. She helped me with how to send my passport renewal as well as clarifying the use money orders vs cashier’s check so I didn’t purchase the wrong product. Thank you!!

Normally I don't write negative reviews, but today I am. The retail associates in front has a bad reputation for their attitudes. Especially “Karen”. I’m seeking assistance from you and all I receive back is attitude as if I shouldn’t ask any questions. If you hate your job quit!!! Simple. I seek outstanding customer service period. When visiting the branch , I shouldn't feel like I’m walking on pins and needles with those ladies. We are in a pandemic right now and we need kind hearted associates to help us when we need it. Customers do not deserve a lack of service coming from your branch. I’ll be watching and if you don’t improve , then I know who else to call.nnGood Day.nnJust an update from my previous post- Dora has been doing a great job at the front counter. She’s always polite and communicates well with the customers when visiting. I’ve seen a difference and I appreciate that. Now, Kathleen still needs work.. maybe the front counter is not suitable for her because she has to communicate with customers and she not great at it. But overall, keep up the great work!! Also, I would like to add that a retail machine in the lobby for weighing packages, distributing labels and stamps would help with having to stand in a long line for something that simple. I love going to this location when I have to mail/ship something. They are the most helpful and kind people. Even when they’re really busy, they treat each person with respect as they come up to the counter. If I have ever had an issue, they are polite and kind to help.
