Window clerk La Don's apparently made big mistake on money order without telling me, she sent the money order to Nevada instead of Michigan after I gave her my Michigan Drivers License, plus she refuse to give me a copy of money order inquiry until I insisted, she told me the transaction receipt was good enough. La Don's was making facial expression and she was whispering to Latasha another window clerk who in turn was laughing at me. Very unprofessional, looks like La Don's may have made the mistake intentionally as a punishment. Postal Police Please investigate MO serial # 27041630962. Customer Service Supervisor/ Director please look into the situation and take appropriate action if possible accordingly. Please check out camera. Incident Date was 03/09/2021 at 11:05 AM. I felled like I was bullied. Reply with your phone number if you want to discuss the situation, I'll call you. Everyone else including the supervisor and other window clerk are very courteous, Professional, knowledgeable in the walled lake branch. I have been a customer for 3 years with no issues until 3/9/2021.
Says they’re open at 9:00 and it’s 9:25 with a huge line of people waiting behind the caged doors that haven’t even been opened yet. Always packed and slow when open, they only have two people on the registers for some reason when they easily need three or four.
Mail is never delivered to the correct place. Went to the post office to locate the mail and they try to say FedEx delivered the package when the tracking page says it’s USPS.
Our mail is constantly misplaced. Today a package was delivered looking like someone had sat on it. But somehow all the ads and spam arrives on time and in mint condition.
Constantly having missing packages, can’t find our address, delays. Literally the worst mailing system I’ve ever experienced.
