We went on the spring wine trip 2019 this was my 5 th one with her. She does a great job. Makes the bus ride loads of fun, I always meet great people. Dawn sits ys up with great accommodations. And she went above and beyond in this trip especially. One winery we went to (Dablon winery) the older lady who appears to be a boss or owner was so rude and made Dawn pay more for our tasting which Dawn did. And the lady didn't want us there she was so rude to us her staff etc:. Dawn apologized but she didn't need to. She is great at doing what she does. I highly recommend her. She doesn't disappoint.
