For a 24 HOUR STORE the service is far better than the others in the area. Yes I have to wait but I've never been told 2 hours to wait in store like elmwood ave or that other one in pawtucket.

No matter the amount of staff you are subjected to at least a 10 minute wait. Staff make no effort to provide customer service with a smile. The shelves tend to be missing certain items. The prior Walgreens across the intersection was far better, this place is really missing the mark.

Horrible! Ever since they moved they’ve been so difficult to tolerate. They NEVER have enough staff, the pharmacy is by far the worst. The drive thru is useless, takes way to long. If you go inside, the line is long with one person on the register. You receive multiple texts informing you that your prescription is ready, only to go and be told it isn’t ready. Terrible service. Time to switch to CVS!

I miss my old Walgreens, always used to be in and out even when there was a huge line.nnEver since I moved over here and started using this one it’s always a long wait, even when there’s only one person in front of you.nnStore is nice and clean but it’s always a drag when I spend more time waiting in line then it takes me to drive there and get what I need.
