She just ripped us out of $70. She promised my wife to hold our reservation for a Firekeepers day trip then CASHED the check before November 12th and then told me there was no room for us. When I told her she could hold the money for November 24th trip for Soaring Eagle she said no room for that trip was available for us. I told her then that we might be interested on going to Firekeepers on December 17th that was on November 8th through a text but I texted her back on November 12th saying we are unable to go on December 17th to Firekeepers and we want our money back. After waiting patiently I texted her today asking about the refund and she tells me it is her business policy to only issue me a credit and I can not change my mind and I am not entitled to a refund.nI am going to file a police report for for services not rendered, which constitutes fraud. If they are convicted of fraud, Tomas' CDL license will be revoked.
