AAA in Sterling Heights saved me a considerable amount of money. Very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend this AAA office... And I'm very picky, LOL

Talk about a LITERAL NIGHTMARE. I purchased a new vehicle as I was moving across the country. Of course the day I purchased a new vehicle they were impossible to get ahold of as they usual are hard to reach via phone. I went with a different group, but immediately them know that I sold the vehicle and no longer needed this policy. This was in April I was told everything was all set. In August/September I started receiving notifications didn't pay my bill so I reached out AGAIN this time sending my proof of sale for my vehicle because they didn't properly do it. So on 9/11 I thought this was all set as I handled it. NOW October 10th I am getting collections mail because they SOLD THE DEBT THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER EXISTED. Don't do business here this has been an absolutely nightmare. Now I have to fight the collections and it's affected my credit score. All I did as a recent college graduate was want to move across the country for a better life and now I have Michigan AAA disrupting my new life because they couldn't properly do their job.

What can i say, I absolutely love this place! They saved me almost $100 in car insurance and i have more coverage then my other one offered. Yolanda was my agent and she is amazing and stunning! Beautiful personality and did everything in her power to help me, she is seriously wonderful and i love that i got her to help me. I am nothing but happy and relieved that i have more money in my pocket to feed myself and more. Thank you so much! You're the best Yolanda and AAA❤❤
