We booked an extensive tour to Italy and Paris, scheduled for June, 2020. Then we were informed that the Italy Tour had been canceled and that we could re-book for the 2021 calendar year. We have requested instead a full refund of all monies and have been ignored. We do not want to commit to travel in 2021 until we are comfortable with the international health crisis. Why are we not being given a full refund???
