I recently booked a trip with Kathy then COVID hit I did take out insurance but Kathy made sure we received back our money in full. She always goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly.
I've been using Kathy to book my trips since 1998 never disappointed been to Cabo, Alaska, Hawaii twice and many more.. to marry to list. Which is why I'm on this site now looking into a Caribbean cruise out of Tampa . If I could give more stars I would.
Kathy is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to make sure your travel experience is absolutely perfect. I have booked 5 trips through her and every trip was perfect. She has traveled to almost anywhere you can imagine and has very good insight on destinations.
I won't give them a star if I could .I felt like I was inconvenience and they rather do their daily work! Very rude
