Received my curbside pickup order at Best Buy very quickly and everything was correct! One of the best curbside pickup experiences around. They really know what they are doing.
The sales were awesome! I could have spent all day in there just looking over the computers, the kitchen appliances and the TV'S! We had to track down a sales person for some item information, they were far and few, but I see some great buys.
What a mess ,13 & gratiot is called 10 times no anseer went to location and employees hanging out chatting ,Can't be bothered ,Got nothing accomplished, I highly recommend M59 & M53 Sterling heights 100% better
I use to shop Best Buy when I lived in the area years ago and it was an absolute great experience but not anymore. Staff isn't helpful or friendly, including managers. It's a dark, dimly lit, cold and unwelcoming environment.
