The worst service ever. This was my first experience with them, the package was delayed for two weeks!!! I contacted USPS to resolve this issue then the tracking history shows the package was received by USPS in Utica after two weeks from dropping it off at Meijer!!!
Worst post office in the state! Nothing but delivery issues not just now but pre covid! Mail is never the same time twice in a week, it comes anywhere between 10:30-7:30. I’ve called asking about packages and if I’m lucky enough for somebody to answer they take my name and number but never call me back!!! It seems that if you have a pulse you can work for this post office and try to deliver mail!
This place messed up twice giving me keys to my mailbox, i mean if they can't even get keys right why would you trust them with your mail,very unprofessional.
USPS dropoff is located in the Meijer. There is no separate line for the dropoff, so you have to wait in the customer service line which is ridiculous
