The food taste great, but man, I was pretty disappointed with the service. I ordered ahead and was given a time when my order would be ready. I showed up at that time and walked in to pick up my order, but it wasn’t there. No big deal, but I left my dog in the car so I was hoping to be in an out quick. I walked up to the counter and nobody acknowledged me for a solid 5 minutes. I was just standing there and it honestly felt like they were ignoring me on purpose. Finally a very sweet women who was clearing tables came up to me and asked if I needed anything and brought me my order that was in fact not complete by the designated time. I brought home my meal and realized that THERE WAS NO MEAT ON MY SANDWICH. Literally just a slice of bacon on bread. Talk about disappointing after a long day of work. Hoping they see this and can improve.

I found a bug in my salad and tried returning my food to the lady at the counter. At no fault to her said it was not in their policy to return food. I asked to speak to a manager and was greeted by the manager Tory. She refused to refund my order and gave me an email for corporate "They handle all the returns". I am not pleased with the service here and do not recommend it to anyone including the political candidate I did not vote for.

I used to LOVE Zupas. I love the food. However, when you start raising your prices and skimping telling me it's going to cost a dollar extra to put another few slices of a strawberry on my strawberry salad that literally has a quarter strawberry on it from the get go, you start losing my business. I'm not willing to pay more for less.
