Took my order on short notice. Very helpful and professional! Owner is a good dude and they always have a good assortment to pick from! Only place I buy flowers for my wife and loved ones!
Oh boy, lol, I may be biased because my mom was a florist for 30 years, but a few of the flowers shouldn’t have been placed in the arrangement. Limp and brown throw it down, lol. Had to pinch a several petals off and fluff it up a bit but hey....as a whole I’m satisfied, it is what it is.
Very courteous customer service. The shoppe was clean. Flowers were all fresh. There were many arrangements made and ready for convenient customer purchase. There were also many nice plant arrangements to choose. Highly recommend.
Great service and great flowers and not overpriced even though it was valentine's day
If possible, this business would receive 0 stars for this experience!! Very disappointing service! I ordered flowers that were not delivered to the funeral home as arranged. When contacting the store regarding the situation, the person was very rude and difficult insisting the flowers were delivered and the mistake was the fault of the funeral home. They did offer to redeliver with delivery happening after the service was over. A refund was finally granted after stating I would dispute the charges through the credit card company. Very disappointing to have this experience when attempting to use a local business vs a national service. Also very disappointing to experience such extremely poor customer service! I would highly recommend avoiding this store for any floral needs, especially if ordering for a delivery that you cannot personally confirm happened!
