My go-to florist that I have been using for 20 years has recently shut down so I picked Van Maele because they had great reviews. I ordered flowers for my boyfriend and they contacted me to let me know that they were out of the vase that was in the pictures and also the type of Lilly that was pictured. They called me to let me know and I said that I trusted them to make it look beautiful. AND THEY DID! I am SO impressed!!!!
So very impressed! Called about an hour before closing to see if they could put together a last minute arrangement for me. I was asked about the occasion, budget, and color choices. They stuck close to the budget and I received a beautiful and absolutely enormous arrangement for my wife. They must have been very fresh, because a week later they still look great!nnThank you so much!
Placed an online order and was given a phone call immediately by a caring, sweet associate who confirmed what I had envisioned making a few adjustments to the arrangement that would make it even better.
