I bought flowers to make my own bouquets from Blue Orchid Florist for my October wedding. Blue Orchid was kind enough to reassure me over the phone that I (not a flower expert) would be happy with what I ordered for my wedding bouquets. When I arrived to pick up the flowers 2 days before my wedding, Melissa kindly provided me with all of my ordered flowers and then when my greenery did not get delivered as planned from a different wholesaler, she was able to provide me with a large amount of greenery in a very quick amount of time so that I could have the bouquets I wanted for my wedding. Without a doubt, Melissa and Blue Orchid Florist went above and beyond with their customer service. I would highly recommend using Blue Orchid Florist for your flower needs.
Worst floral experience EVER!! I paid a LOT of money and didn't get what I ordered. They insisted the flowers I asked for were in the arrangement and they weren't. Not good business to argue with the a paying customer. Would not recommend this florist to anyone.
This Flower shop is the best around!! I travel all the way from Rochester for all of my arrangements! Melissa, the owner of the shop is very creative and comes up with the best ideas for what I’m looking for every time! Give her a try! You will Not be disappointed!!
