Hoover electric is a fantastic company! They are always very fast to come out when I have an issue and have fixed every issue thoroughly. Blake was awesome. I had a sewage smell coming from my shower drain and not only did he clear the drain (hair!) - he checked every other faucet /drain as well as my roof vents - to ensure the issue was 100% resolved. And because I'm a VIP member - - everything was covered! I paid nothing! LOVE this company!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience using Hoover Electric. Initially I met Jared who was knowledgeable and professional. His expertise helped me come up with a plan to meet my goals throughout my house. I am extremely satisfied with the service. The work that was completed by 3 individuals Jared, David and Duane included installing some outlets on dedicated circuits a new panel up to code etc. Each tech was extremely personable and dedicated to getting the job done. I appreciate them and will continue to use this company in the future.

The company overall is extremely responsive. They follow up with reminders and overall concern that all went well. Joe did a great job of replacing the water heater - making sure all was updated and in good shape. He even took time to look @ the rest of the house (I just moved in) and gave me peace of mind that all is good. Thank you!! Will definitely use Hoover for all future issues.

My service tech Wesley was awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I use Hoover for all of my plumbing issues and they never let me down. Shout out to the customer service team for their friendliness and always will to see what they can do to fit you in for last minute repairs! Thank you!!

I had three different technicians scheduled for the same morning for electrical and plumbing work. Dave, Matt, and Noah were outstanding! They explained everything in a way I could understand and got the jobs done quickly and efficiently! Masks and shoe covers were greatly appreciated! Thank you all for working with me and providing great service! Amy who handles the behind the scenes work was so pleasant to speak with as well! Will go to hoover for all future needs and recommendations!
