Arrowhead Electrical Services are responsive, a real person answers the phone, they send text Messages confirming appointment times and also provide a picture of the technician who will be arriving at your door. The four employees who have been at our home has been knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Arrowhead Electrical Services to anyone. It is an impressive company in this day and age of poor service and lack of communication.

I'm a designer and needed an electrician fast to complete a project! Arrowhead Electrical Services not only fit my project into their schedule last minute but communicated with me and my client every step of the way to make sure both of our needs were met. My client was so happy and impressed with his work she hired him again for another project. We needed to add several outlets around the house and move sconces to the ceiling in 3 different bedrooms, and add lights to our bathroom. The solutions guys showed up daily on time, worked efficiently and were very respectful of our time. We are very happy with the work given that it was spread over most of the house, including adding an external outlet in -30 temps! The team was great. I recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking for a reliable, efficient, fantastic, and reasonably-priced electrician in Michigan, check out Arrowhead Electrical Services. As homeowners, this was our first time dealing with electrical issues and it was hard to know who to trust. Marion promptly responded to our inquiry and Allan came in that weekend to fix our lighting when it was convenient for us. Billy was very helpful in responding to my request for a quote and made the process for scheduling an estimate very easy. Compared to other contractors , it was a breath of fresh air to have a proactive guy reach out and get things set up.
