These folks are the real deal. I bought two bikes from them. They are kind, knowledgeable, and altogether good people. They carry quality products and offer quality services.nnIf you're in the market for a bike, do yourself a favor and pay these guys a visit.

People are so nice and helpful I purposely didn't go to a different bike shop because of how rude they were when I called them on the phone this place is awesome great selection of bikes super meticulous on their workmanship. I was about to hit this place up for some brake parts but after reading all the negative reviews I am kind of apprehensive about going there. I will give them a try though and amend my review depending on how it goes. Good News! The employees were really nice and helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable about their business. I ended up spending more than I intended but I think I got a good deal. I will be spending more $$$ there I think.

I wanted to get my dad a nice bike for Father’s Day but almost every bike shop in my area was sold out. A co-worker recommended this place to me so I called and asked if they had any bikes was told they had just a couple left. The next day, I drove over an hour to Richmond, MI and all I can say is I am so glad I made the trip!nnFirst off this is family owned bike shop, which is important becuase it is a perfect way to support local and small businesses in these times of uncertainty! Additionally, the owners and staff themselves were all very pleasant and super knowledgeable about bikes! Even though I walked in 15 min before close, they took their full time to talk with me and ensure I got the perfect bike for my dad. They also made sure the bike was adjusted accordingly to my dads height and preference, making sure it was as comfortable as can be. Furthermore, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the precautions the owners have in place to keep all their shoppers safe. A simple face mask and some hand sanitizer, while uncomfortable at times, is the best way to prevent the spread of disease and keep our business open! It is also just a kind way to reassure our more vulnerable populations that they are safe and can enjoy their shopping experience as well.nnAll in all, this was a GREAT shopping experience and my dad LOVES his new bike. I highly recommend Hamilton Bikes & Outfitters whether you are new to biking or an experienced bicyclist looking for an upgrade!

Absolutely awesome! Highly recommend this place. Brought my bike in to have brakes and gears redone and they did a great job and very fast. Super nice guys too!
