When I've gone to do my business there' never a long wait. Don't go during lunch time! Might be a wait. But! People are always nice.
The clerks inside this office are very rude. Whether you appear in person or call over the phone they’re very short and rude. I called in to ask questions about the process of filing over my mother’s estate today. A clerk, by the name, of Stacey, was rude, and didn’t even ask for my file number to assist me with my case. I knew the call was recorded so I made sure to give feedback about how nasty and awful the clerks in probate court are. You’d think with this being a court these ladies would have better attitudes assisting us with our cases but no they are downright mean and proud of it !
Don't go here...u will cause yourself & your sickly relative PTSD. Very unfair mental division...
Anti-family, pro-guardianship court. No conscience. No matter how much proof u have on yr side, it wont be looked @ or considered..If u think a guardianship agency is going to help yr relative, 4get it no matter which one. They are put into place to steal money from our dying elderly, the end...have to go pray now. Our elderly in macomb county and us families are being set up.
