Courts Only help you if you use communication skills so sad that so Many moms & dads today can’t communicate!nSign up for Wizard!nDon’t have children if you can’t afford the responsibility’s.nBut Courts and motions destroy children’s lives.nParents are so selfish in not insisting it’s the Beast interest of a child” Not there Irresponsible behaviors they set forth as bad parenting strategy’s set forth causing motions.

We filed to have our childnSupport dismissed, never received anything or heard anything. I finally called and they said I sent it to the wrong building because they moved. Then they explained to me since we had to move out of state they can put a hold on the child support meaning that he will not have to pay until I take the hold off. Okay awesome, but about a half a year later he received a letter in the mail saying he has a warrant out and owes a lot. I called and trying to explain and to figure it out they where very rude and I couldn’t find out a thing! Very wrong! They told me he would not be charged child support until I take the hold off. Now he has a warrant and no one can tell us anything about it?!

From top to bottom, Macomb County FOTC is embarrassing. My “Judge” Rachel Rancilio (sp?) is a “judge” in costume only and in her courtroom, everyday is Halloween. My son AND his mother were living with me for years after the child support ruling. I called countless times. Even went to see Mr. Moody to show him proof. Do you think they lifted a finger to stop the child support from being taken from my check? NOPE. Mr. Moody is like the Hamburgler in Rachels Halloween costume court. I haven’t seen my son in months but FOTC hasn’t missed taking a payment out of my check every week. If you graduate at the top of your class in law school, they call you a lawyer. If you graduated at the bottom of your class, they still call you “lawyer”. From top to bottom, the hiring practices here at Macomb County Friend Of The Court are all bargain bin finds. Take the trash out!

I found Plato's The Apology to be the most apt of my experience here. Socrates posits that the unexamined life is not worth living. They are pretty serious about examining your lifenn4 stars because they didn't agree with my personal judgement that I not only get 50/50 but a free lunch in recognition of being me. 50/50 is nice tho.
