Very satisfied, I feel so much better. Everyone was so nice, not going anywhere else. I usually hate being touched but this is my exception because they're so great. Dawn does an amazing job, she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable

Jasmine is the BEST! She made my visit today a complete JOY! I had the most wonderful, refreshing, relaxing experience getting a manicure/pedicure this morning! They definitely have me as a new regular customer. I plan to take all my family and friends for a relaxing spa day when they come to visit us! Gambei Wellness Spa was truly amazing!! The staff fit me in for a last minute facial and it was great! The esthetician was kind and thorough and my skin felt great after. I had some time to kill after my treatment and was offered more tea and even got to relax in the sauna. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and the environment is relaxing and rejuvenating. I can’t recommend highly enough!

My experience does not show me in a good light. However, there were certain aspects I was unhappy with. It took a lot of back and forth to actually get my appointment. Foolishly I showed up at the wrong day and time. I stood at the door, and the doorbell twice and knocked once. A woman walked across the room and didn't even see me. The gentleman at the reception desk had 'run out for a moment,' usually it's customary to leave a note on the door in case someone comes, then they will understand not getting a response. The other thing to do is to ask the person remaining to keep an eye on the door. When I expressed my unhappiness, I was told that Gambei was'perhaps not the best place for me.' In other words I was barred/banned. I had come to the door once before, I live close by, and though there were obviously people in there, but I received no response. I'm sad because I loved the idea of going there because it's in my neighborhood, and also because I'd heard good things about them. I freely admit my culpability and my unfortunate rudeness, but I do think their customer service leaves something to be desired.

Everyone at Gambei is talented, caring, and provides exceptional client service. I love everything about this place! The people, the vibe, the products, the location. It's perfect. I attended a bridal shower pampering party and everyone was blown away by the experience. The offered massages, facials and manicures... it was amazing.
