Only Curbside pickup. Best for health and safety.

Fast service, everyone was polite, the staff was knowledgeable on their products, and everything was organized. Expensive books though. Lol

I had to go there due to Macomb south being closed and there was an issue with my financial aid not showing on the bookstore end but it showed with FA whom I was on the phone with while at the store. The cashiers tried to be helpful but showed some annoyance with the issue that was out of my control but was an issue on either FA or bookstore. Anyway, the FA lady asked to speak with a manager and it never happened because the manager was anything but helpful she finally made her way to the front but made her cashier take the call when they were clearly asking for her. As the problem continued they were still unable to resolve the issue and again this manager was complaining about FA and how she was upset about something that occurred early that day similar to my issue but again she was absolutely no help. Her arrogant and unprofessional attitude made this campus bookstore look very bad. When I left the first time my issue still wasn't solved and all she could tell me was to pay out of pocket or order online....the FA lady moved my issue up to management on their end but this bookstore manager had no solution nor offered to get this looked into by anyone and just sent me on my way. Just to be clear I was not blaming anyone for the technical error that occurred because sometimes they happen and at the end of the day I came back an hour later and my FA had posted so I was able to get my books...the reason for my complaint is the unprofessional manager that runs that store has no common courtesy for customer service and thought complaining about the FA department and talking about filling a complaint against them was more important than helping a customer who was in the building needing help or even coming to the front when she was requested by another department at the school. I wish I would of got her name but I can give the cashier Michael a thumbs up for handling the situation the best he could.

Received an email that my order was ready. When I attempted pickup I was told that the order wasn't ready because they had been busy that day. Sums them up. No communication and think they can do anything now that almost every book is a school special edition, eliminating resale and purchase options.
