Pam has been amazing in planning a trip on somewhat short notice amidst Covid! She helped my husband and I find the perfect place to spend a week in the sun in Puerto Rico and accommodated changes to flights, room, and other things quickly and efficiently! She was amazing at stepping in and working on her time off due to her own hours being limited due to COVID. Pam at Breton Travel has been so sweet and so kind to help my husband and I find a perfect vacation for our annual trip! We used Breton Travel because a relative had used someone at a different location that they loved. That agent was unavailable and we were assigned to Jeannie. We had 22 people going to Mexico, spending a lot of money. This was my personal first experience with a travel agent and it was a complete mess. The people were not very nice and made quite a few huge mistakes. There were multiple overcharges (they fixed, but in my opinion should have NEVER happened), name spelling errors, rude service, and she was very hard to get a hold of. Seemed unorganized. I have worked in customer service my whole life and I know this isn't how to be treated ESPECIALLY when spending thousands of dollars as a group. Our agent had some compliments from others on the website but our group didn't see that at all. She has been doing this for years and I'm surprised she doesn't have it more together. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone. I wish this could have been a nice review...
