Machines work well and take credit cards but service is terrible. Staff is unfriendly (at best) and consistently change the hours listed online and outside the store to their convenience.

This review is for their pick-up and delivery laundry service, not the self-service laundromat.nnI've used their service a few times now, spending hundreds of dollars, and each time there's something disappointing or mishandled about their service.nnMy first few times I noticed delicates were torn in different places when I received the laundry back. No efforts had been made to remove any stains or use bleach on white towels and sheets as requested. Being disappointed and angry about the money I spent to have clothes returned back that way, I started requesting that they wash the clothing twice, and pay close attention to stains and remove them. The clothing started coming back cleaner after that, but still stains were not being removed.nnTo add insult to injury, their delivery service started lagging as well. They started not delivering during the agreed upon time frames, and this last order, which was the last straw for me, they completely forgot to deliver my dry cleaning with the rest of the laundry. It took 5 calls from me and 4 hours of a delay for me to finally get my dry cleaning.nnIf I wanted this much hassle, I'd launder the clothes myself. Absolutely disappointed in their service. Will look for another provider.

Do you want your laundry today? no, I mean tomorrow or the next day will work. Great! Your laundry will be done today before closing! Is it clean? Yes. Folded? Yes. Smelling great? Yes. Superb spot, very efficient and cost effective. Can’t recommend enough!

I liked this place for the convenience of using a credit card with their machines but was told no new washer loads after 530PM (arrived at 545) when they close at 7PM. Hugely inconvenient. With no washers or dryers running, why even be open? I’ll go elsewhere.
