DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. I submitted an order for wash and fold laundry pick up. The pricing list has 2 options: wash & fold and mattress covers. I provided 33 pounds of laundry (not mattress covers) and they charged my credit card for 69 pounds of laundry without even checking with me! That's $80! I complained and was given about $23 back in cash (they claim that I gave them 50 pounds of laundry and it's not true). That's really shady. Also maybe illegal? One last thing: my online order said that it would be delivered on a Tuesday and it was not.
Was charged $25 for a cancelled ordered. 2020 stole money out of my account for services NOT RENDERED. Filed a dispute with my bank and I'm contacting the BBB. Thieves. Won't respond to my messages. Liar
They pick up and drop off, great for people that can't do they're own
What wonderful people!!!! I had a lot of laundry because we had just cleaned out storage out. They did 11 bags of laundry wash dry and folded. Picked up and dropped off. So friendly and kind. Will definitely recommend and be using them again!!!
What a wonder experience at 2020 Laundry. Everything came back smelling fresh and clean. I recommend them highly.
