I cam with a party of 6 to buy suits for a wedding and get fitted, the gentleman helping us was fantastic but we were told to break up our party after being in the store for an hour with no issues, she was very rude and wasn't even involved with helping us the entire time. If we couldn't come as group then dont take the appointment
First time I've been there in years and I don't know why. I absolutely love the customer service I received. I went in looking rather scruffy and the staff was in judgemental and courteous. The service was second to none and I will only be going there for dress clothes from now because Cheryl was amazing and so helpful. Also I pleasently surprised at how reasonable the prices were.
First class old fashioned service that I thought was a thing of the past
Got a shirt, pants, tie, and belt in like 15 minutes. Looks pretty good even before tailoring
