This was my first time out shopping for new jeans since having my son in March. The ladies were knowledgeable about the various offerings and were both patient and accommodating given that I was shopping with my little one.nI would have liked to have purchased some shoes in the store but it didn't seem like many options were in stock. Several pairs had little buttons on them that said that they could be ordered for you. I got the impression that it meant they didn't carry those styles in the store's stock. I don't live in the area so unfortunately it just wasn't an option for me.
I love madewell! It pays to be loyal here and lots of cotton options for clothing. Staff could be nicer.
Probably the worst retail experience that I’ve ever had... the woman in front of me had a return and I waited 20 minutes while the manager walked back and forth to help but never stayed. After 15 minutes of this, the manager finally came over and did the entire thing in 5 minutes. She told me, ‘it takes as long as it takes...’ no apology.
Wow! So disappointing. Walked in to buy myself a Christmas gift and neither sales associate acknowledged me. Browsed the entire store without a word. I even went to the front area for a few minutes, where they were, and nothing. I will stay loyal to Evereve ☺ufe0f. A store that knows how to treat their customers.
