I just visited but it seems like a nice park.
Highest Rent in the Area,, No Amenities like a ( Recreation Room, a Couple Bikes, tread miles, other Equipment), take Out a Double Wide Build Pool, Recreation Room, Taxes Paid on Out Door Shed's on Rented Sun Community Lot, (By y Way was There When Moved In), Excessive Water Bills, & ECT
I love my new home! There were minor repairs I had to fix, other than that everything is great! A new entry sign would be a great curb appeal, our current one is outdated and easy to miss when driving.nnI wanted to update this review, Nancy has done a wonderful job at our community. Speed bumps have been added and a new sign to our front entry it’s beautiful and bright you cannot miss our community at night. Thank you and Sun Community for giving my family and I a beautiful place we love to call home!
Great place to live. Safe for Families with kids. Love it.
