Quite place to relax and live your life. There are a few people that sun homes should remove out of our park but other then that after 19 years of living here on and off I enjoyed living here with my mom
Most definitely not the prettiest mobile home park I've ever scene... but yet not the worst either.
Always fuxkin you with all kinds of hidden fees. Wont recommend for nobody. Cant wait to move out of this lot.
We love our place. Jennifer from leasing is very kind and helpful. She is also very cheerful.nEdit: after living here 6mo I feel like my family is always being targeted. The new maintenance man is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL . He is also Petty and childish . Sad cause I thought this was a good place.
It's a fairly quiet community but they like to nit pick certain things but but will ignore other rules. No pool on site is a bummer as well as lot rent is ridiculously high for what you get.
