Truly the worst post office. Want your mail delivered to your neighbor? Have it delivered though this hub. Instead of getting out of the car and walking a box to your front door, they throw it at the base of the mailbox at the road on the city easement. Not even your property. The best on is 2/3 odds they will drive past your house and mark it undeliverable as access blocked. No cars in the driveway, no snow or ice, and perfect access. Go ahead and cut yourself out of work early on a Friday, we’re all proud of you.
It has been 5 months & 7 trips to the post office in an attempt to get a lock replaced on a parcel lock box. The lock doesn’t work and parcels inside can’t be retrieved without a trip to the post office. Don, the supervisor, I have spoken with PROMISES to have the lock replaced in a week’s time every time I go in with the issue. I’m still waiting five months after the first promise was received for the lock to be replaced. One time it took 2 1/2 weeks and 2 visits to the post office for the lockbox to be unlocked and the parcels inside to be delivered. Don’t even bother trying to call as no one will answer the phone. I tried for over 2 hours one day as I wasn’t able to physically drive to the post office. Absolutely the worst customer service.
Very dissatisfied with this location from the carrier that delivers our mail, at least once a week we get someone else’s mail to the counter rep at the office, very rude when asked about a lost package.
They decided to dispose my packages. 150$ to the trash.
