Bad service . Nobody help me . Because im asian
The service staff is phenomenal, efficient and friendly. They move even long lines quickly.
This post office needs a serious update. The self-service kiosk is in the wrong location. It is right where one needs to stands in line. There is nowhere to put pre-paid packages so you have to wait in line to put them on the counter which is already piled 3 feet high with toppling parcel of all sorts. The free packaging envelope displays are usually empty. The outside is not maintained with weeds and trash in the shrubbery. The only reason to go there is that they are open until 5:30 pm.
This location will not help you in any way disabled people do not go here !!! The lady was nice but the young guy need to be trained to help people not dismiss them he couldn’t take 5 seconds to tape a envelope he told me to go home and tape it then come back NO SIR I will it be coming back I will be shipping from UPS they will box it label it and ship it no hassles Thnks for turning away a disabled person 44th st USPS
What happened to the packages which was supposed to be delivered on 19th February..?
