Had issues with the treatment plan provided at my first visit the the amount billed at the end of all my sessions. I called an asked for details about the discrepancies and was asked to handle it with the office manager; However the office manager doesn’t have a phone number and you just leave a message for them with the receptionist but you never get a call back. And I am still waiting on someone to explain what happened back in May!!!! Despite the repeated attempts at getting ahold of THE office manager

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!nThey messed up my husbands hand and left it stiff and gave up on him. They told him to get used to his hand because they cant do nothing about it. When that is WRONG. I been helping my husband with his hand daily and it getting better little by little if I wouldve known they were going to give up on his hand we wouldve never paid for the therapy. What a waste of time!!!

When you're at the point of crying because you're in so much pain from your physical therapists exercises, that's not okay. And them then telling you they have no options to help you after a surgery because your mobility isn't improving is also not okay. If you can't help your patients, refer them elsewhere. My surgeon shared the hallway with this physical therapist, there should be no reason they can't help.

Honestly I would give this place more than 5 * Star if it was available :) I had my last session yesterday , I would just like to thank everyone there for everything & especially Emily , Brenda , Rebecka , Alex , Zack & Dave Ect. For your time & caring , understanding & for helping me in anyway possible , and for making my experience a all around awesome one & I will never forget any of you and hope you'all never forget me :) ! I highly recommend this place for your physical therapy needs , they truly are the best at what they do & have given me a awesome experience , I promise you won't be disappointed !

The PAC that I seen was very attentive not pushy, but really listened to me.
