I went in for my DOT physical and the girls vat the desk was super nice but reminded me it was a Monday morning and could be up to 2 hrs. I said that was okay and proceeded to fill out my paperwork.nnThey were super nice kept me updated on my progress and was out of there in less than 90 minutes.nnEveryone was Great!

I honestly tried to avoid Concentra. I haven't been there in years. I had no choice but to go back this year. And I can honestly say I was impressed with the whole staff. They came out and helped me with the sign in on the tablet and they all were very kind. Thanks to my Dot doctor I had he was very professional and never once was I uncomfortable with him. I will now continue to come back to Concentra .

Due to a billing error I paid cash for a service that they should of billed my employer for and they refused to correct it by billing the company and refunding what I had paid. Telling me they've already closed the account and I'm on my own trying to get it fixed and even ignoring my emails trying to get them to bill the company.nQuestion what you're paying for because once they've got your money they refuse to fix it.

I work as the safety department for a trucking company. I have to get a DOT physical and drug screen I completed all the information online however when I got to the counter know the information was in their system had to redo all information by hand had extended wait. Before I was seen multiple people working at the death seem very confused and disorganized it bothers me to think my future drivers going to have this kind of experience as it reflects our company doctor was very confused and not very knowledgeable could not get straight answers out of the doctor after I completed my urine test and physical a notice was sent to my company IA my email also of a missed appointment stating I did not complete my appointment this location has a lot of work to do and I will be pressing my ownership to switch to a better company that would represent our new drivers and give them a better experience while they're here in Michigan

I had a great experience with all the workers who attended to me. They staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. The Doctor and nurse who took care of me were really awesome.
