They are so sweet! I missed their delivery while I was at school and the driver left me a voicemail, so I called him back and said I would be home during their business hours until 6 days later, so he asked me where I worked so he could deliver them to me! Honestly the best company and their flowers are gorgeous. Highly recommend
I have been using Eastern Floral since my first Prom in the late 60s. I have not lived in GR since 1974. I have used Eastern for Mother's Day, Sympathy, Birthdays, and every other reason to send flowers over the last 50 years. The service and the arrangements have always been excellent.
Staff was super friendly and willing to help. They immediately checked to see when they would have more bonsai material back on stock, and gave a good explanation as to why their supply was unexpectedly low at the moment. Prices seemed on the higher side, and there were fewer product offerings overall than I would've expected to see at a florist. They had good aisle circulation space, and acrylic dividers at checkout to help minimize chance of Covid-19 transmission.
Molly from Eastern floral was amazing! She was supportive and helpful when we had to change our plans from a large wedding, to a intimate ceremony due to covid. She also did a fantastic job capturing the look I was going for in all of my flowers. Everything was delivered and set up on time, and exceeded expectations. Tried to send flowers to a friend at Butterworth. Unfortunately he did not recieve them so I called and they made it right. He loved the arrangement. Thank you!
