I went in on a quiet midday morning which probably helps, but I had such friendly and helpful service! It's not always like this so I think I found my sweet spot for shopping.
I really like this Macy's it has a very warm and home-like feeling. It might just be me but I really enjoy this store.

Low number of options in many areas. Store was preparing for final year end inventory the next day. Store was also not up to cleanliness stands of Macys. Sad
