Fast and friendly service!! Great bank
I love working as an intern here
Their app and website ALWAYS has issues on updating your latest charges that posted the night before but yet no trouble on the amount owed. I check my account daily after 9a which should be over an hour of their info updating and at least a couple times a month the app/website does NOT show my latest charges as to how my CC limit is where its at. This is extremely frustrating as I want to catch fraud charges immediately versus having to wait all the flippen time for this large company to get their SH** together. I have more reliability on the other banks I use on loans. Giving them til the end of the year to figure it out or i'm gladly moving to a credit union.
What is the point of this place having a phone number? Trying to set up a mortgage appointment so I don't need to waste time driving here.
I don't understand why the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings with no voice mail at a bank.
