Went into Spectrum to pay my cable bill. In and out. No problems. As soon as you walk in someone asks if they can help you. I knew what I was doing and didn't need any help. When leaving someone said have a nice day. ud83dude42 Very friendly staff. Keep up the fantastic customer service.

Parking lot is always clean and well kept. Storefronts always look well taken care of. I just wish there was easier access in and out of the lot. It is a hard spot to pull back onto westnedge if you're heading north, since it's so close to the stop light.
