Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Avoid at ALL COSTS. I hate that everytime I miss a package I have to come here to pick it up. I came to pickup a package with my drivers license in my married name but they required me to bring my license in my maiden name since the package was in my maiden name although I have the correct address on my license and I showed my debit card in my maiden name.nnwhen I came here to open a PO Box, although I had 3 pieces of identification, I needed to show the deed to my HOUSE.nnEvery time I come here I’m always gassed and inconvenienced. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
The workers at this location are so nice and helpful, taking extra time to explain things, courteous , great experience
I have the Informed Delivery App so I know what mail is coming. No mail delivery for the last 2 days, cant call ANYBODY !!!!!! I had a package to go out that they missed. COVID IS NOT A VALID EXCUSE !!!! for mail not delivered for 2 DAYS !!!
Multiple refusals to deliver packages.nRefusal to hand over packages held at office despite it be addressed to our location.nRemoved names at mailbox before then stopping mail to names removed.nIf at all possible try to avoid this post office.
