My salesperson was very attentive and helpful. When a problem occurred with my original purchase, she arranged to make another order for me. She has give me many hours of decorating help and follow-through on the first order of two items. We are still working on the last item to e delivered, and I am very excited to see my new recliner next to the new sofa.
Manager Dave was so helpful. My mom had a fall. She’s 95 and the box spring we ordered was just too tall. He enabled us to switch to a low profile and couldn’t have been kinder. I had my three kids in the store and one of the sales ladies reminded me while I was looking for them that kids like the recliner section. They were found! A blessing all the way around.
I had a wonderful experience with the Raymour & Flanigan team! From the moment I walked through the doors Savanna greeted me in a kind, professional, heartwarming manor. I was looking for a dresser piece and she showed me in-store options which were all beautiful I told her I found one online and she was able to pull it up, have it ordered and the rest was a wrap! Had a wonderful experience with the team at Raymour and Flanigan! Jay was very helpful and insightful on what we were looking for in a kitchen table. We didn’t fully expect to find much but after touring through the store with Jay we were overwhelmed with the possibilities. We will definitely be coming back for our next idea for furniture!
My husband and I came in twice and worked with Ann Marie. She was extremely pleasant, kind and did not pressure us at all. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and showed us many options that would be best for what we were looking for. I would absolutely work with her again on any of my furniture needs! She was great!
