I canceled a tile order and returned extra tile from an earlier job that I had bought tile for and was reassured by Kyle that I would receive my refundn( over $1000.) This was back in early July. I have yet to receive my refund- December. I have called monthly, consistently being ignored and never receiving return calls from Kyle, I sometimes reach a female that tells me that my return is being approved and will be sent to me.nIt is now December and I have not received my refund even though the last call ( month ago) that got through to them (again, not Kyle!) that my check was in the mail !nStay away from this place! There are a lot of other places that have nice tile and that are reputable.nMy next call is to my lawyer.
I give a 4 start rating. There were certainly so many factors out of our control with Covid 19 . When the delivery of the carpet was unavailable for when it was needed, you all worked to give us a plan B from what you had available and that worked out very wellnAs I expressed, the installers were fantastic, neat, organized and very professional. The only thing I noted was that the carpet had a sculpted pattern and that just like wallpaper, at the seams, the pattern needs to match or else the seam is visible. Please make note for the next client who chooses a sculpted carpet.nThank you so much for all you did for us to meet our needs. We wish you a wonderful summer and are happy to refer others to your business.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor installers. Kyle Buckminster is the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with and he's the manger. Promised to have the mess the installer did corrected he never did a thing. If it weren't for Brittany Bankston my floor would never be complete. My floor was installed in July and was finished October 15th. That should just say it all. I should have read all reviews before going there.
Working with Kyle at Floors & Kitchen was the best decision I made with my Master Bathroom renovation. He was always helpful, patient and interested in finding the right options for my needs no matter how long it took. The tile is beautiful and looks stunning in person. I will work with him again.
Product and installers are great. The only down fall was the delay in getting our stuff with COVID-19 happening. Kyle was very understanding of our frustrations in such a delay and made sure our job was a top priority in the return of opening. The job came out fantastic once completed and I love my new kitchen floors!! I would/will refer business to them.
