The sign is misleading. Park after 5pm is $5. However, if you park there Sunday with the gate open it will not allow you to take a ticket. They will not correct this - you have to use a “lost ticket” (even though you didn’t lose it, they would not give you one when you came in with the gate up) and pay $10. Look for other parking if possible. Would be great if Kalamazoo would contract with a customer centric organization (see other reviews).

Decent parking. Had a conference at the Radisson, go here instead of the ramp next to the hotel, it's half the price.

GO ACROSS THE STREET. Their credit card processor is ALWAYS down. Almost to the point of them trying to save money.
