Whoa. Ordered inside. Wore mask. No greeting or acknowledgment for 2 minutes. Staff were not preparing other drinks, so I’m not sure what the hold up was. Didn’t seem to want to help me and I had to constantly ask the girl to repeat what she said. 0 enthusiasm. Good product, bad service.
Generally happy that there are healthier options available in the communities. That said, wish smoothie king didn't use sugary juices for their smoothies but rather all fruit.
When there on friday. The website states 7 am open time. I got there at 7:30am the open light was on and the drive through computer asked me what I wanted but there was no person to take my order. I kept saying hello. By this time there we cars lined up outside to order. I got mad and left but as I was leaving there was a blonde man unplugging the open light then when and hide behind the counter. I love the smoothies but if this is continued service keeps happening I wont ever go again. I will give one more time.
Mangofest smoothie is delicious!nStaff could be nicer and the drive through is shaped weird.
