Fantastic experience! We did a group order through this location, and ordered nearly 30 subs. The day of our pickup, they called to confirm our order, and figure out which extra items went with which sandwiches so they could have it in the correct bag. Every sandwich was correct and ready when we arrived for pickup. It made our lunch that day VERY easy, and delicious!
I ordered and forgot about it, 13 minutes later my food was already here. They really are freaky fast. If you need something quick just get Jimmy Johns.
I order from the Sprinkle Road location religiously because I can always count on them making my #6 sandwich perfectly! In the year we've been in the area, there's only been one mistake, mind you we order almost weekly because I have an obsession, and they immediately fixed the mistake! Pretty fantastic crew over there, having no errors 99.9% of the time. You can always count on this store!
Depending which Jimmy John's you go to like the one in Sprinkle in Kalamazoo they are fast and good service. Battle Creek is another story
