I called in order tonight. Went I stopped to pick up my order I was asked if I had a mask or something to put on my face I said NO, I have a medical issues. The girl went got manager and she asked if I had any paperwork stating my medical issues. I said NO I don't need that and your not supposed to be asking these questions. Well need to say she refused to serve me and said I should have ordered online. I again said I called in and there for a pick up. She said she wasn't going to let me grab my order and leave. Well I left without my order and need to say other customers heard this ordeal. 2 weeks ago I stopped and placed order with no mask and wasn't a big deal. Need to say, this manager should be aware of what questions that you can ask because you CAN NOT be asking for anything about my medical issues. I might not do anymore business with this pizza company and go to some place that will treat me as a customer and not as a number. This location is on West Main in Kalamazoo Michigan
It has been awhile but the 3 meat deep dish was pretty good. Very little wait time but you must wear a mask to enter. Only 5 customers at a time.
