Just watched the postal worker put a “sorry we missed you” slip in my mailbox for a package that needs my signature. Never even came and knocked on my door. I’ve been waiting for that package for over 2 months. Then I call 16 times between 11:06 and 11:47. They are open til 12. No one will answer the phone. People amaze me....
Customer service here could be better. It seems like mailing a letter or package from this location seems to be a bother.nnThe last couple of times in here, I wasn’t greeted and the woman at the counter seemed as though she did not want to be bothered. I could understand if it was the holidays but this was just a regular day in fall.nnNo personality or kind greeting, not even a “Hello, how are you today”. Just miserable. I think I’ll head over to Oshtemo township to mail my packages from now on. They don’t slam your packages on the counter there and they are quite friendly. Very rude.
Horrible costumer service!! The ladies working there apparently hate their jobs very much and want to take it on the costumers. Never will I go there EVER!!
I come to this post office location several times a month for work and they are always very helpful. If I have questions about the best way to ship something they are more than willing to help also if I forget to tape a box they always have some tape to finish it up overall great experience every time I come in!!!!
I went into the post office during normal business hours(4pm) knowing that they close at 4:30pm. I realized the door was locked; however made contact with an employee outside.nnShe told me the business actually closed at 3pm, although there was no signs or any sort of “heads up” that they were closing early.nnThis in itself was extremely annoying, because I left work early just to make it in time. I’ve been trying to pick up a package there for about a week now, but they continue to close for the weather.nnI find myself liking some of the helpful employees, but there are some that couldn’t care less about customer service.nnLast but not least, the hours are terrible for people who work.nnVery annoyed and such an inconvenience to go to this location.
