I had a great experience with this dry cleaners! I called them VERY last minute to get a suit dry cleaned and they initially told me it would be two days. I explained I needed it before leaving town for the weekend, and they offered to rush it for no additional charge to have it done on time! Very affordable prices as well. Then, my fiancé left items in his suit pocket and they packaged them up so they stayed safe until we picked up the suit. Very thankful and impressed with this business!
Will never due business with them again, sent out four somewhat expensive sliding glass door panels that can only be dry cleaned. One panel not returned on time and had to make several trips, only to find it was damaged and now we'll have to replace all four as they're all used in the living room with two sliding doors. $100.00 wasted on cleaning and now will have to purchase new panels. Totally Unacceptable

I took a down coat in to be cleaned. It has 3 pieces:a hood, a belt, and the coat itself. When I brought it in I pointed out some stains. The woman told me they could not guarantee the stains would come out which I figured I could live with. When I picked up the coat the stains were faded, but still there. The biggest problem was that the magnets that make the belt work were missing. When I told her that she told me there wasn't anything they could do until they called to find the magnets. She even told me to just wear the jacket without the belt! No refund, a broken coat, an extra trip up there, and fashion advice. I will never go here again.
Surprisingly rude to first-time customers.
