My wife and I enjoyed very much working with Deb to purchase a new mattress and bed frame with added delivery. Very professional, knowledgeable and complete. Delivery service was on-time, pleasant, and thorough. Great experience all around.nnFYI : Sandman’s PureSleep took over some of ArtVan’s PureSleep locations and began operation in Kalamazoo in August, 2020. So ignore reviews before the August date as they are for the previous organization.
This is the place to go for a bed.ask for Deb she is the best customer service I have ever experienced. When the bed was delivered the remote for the bed was forgotten. Deb brought me the remote after she got out of work going way out of her way.I ordered pillows and they sent me the whole bed set with mattress protector sheets pillow cases everything for free. The pillows were not what I expected so I took them back and once again Deb got right on the phone and I left with the pillows I wanted.thankyou once again for all you did to make me happy.
This place is really great. Deb was really amazing and answered all out questions. Highly recommend
The manager, Deb is so sweet and such a HUGE help! She really cares and tries to find what’s best for you physically and financially. Highly suggest visiting Pure Sleep if ever looking for a mattress :)
Deb was a great sales person and the beds were great.
